Refund policy

We want you to love your COOSHA product. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or wrong items: If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we'll make it right immediately.

Non-returnable items: Items that have been used or are not in original condition cannot be returned.
